The problem

UK commercial property managers ran rent, service charges, arrears, VAT and investor reporting across spreadsheets and separate tools, so risks like a single tenant holding most of the arrears were spotted late.

What we built

One property management and accounting platform covering leasing, billing, tenant ledgers, service charges, intercompany VAT and investor reporting, with an insights feed that flags risks before month end.

The problem

Fake and expired medicines were entering the supply chain, and patients, pharmacists and regulators had no reliable way to tell a genuine pack from a copy.

What we built

Every pack gets a unique serial. Patients scan it to see Genuine, Expired or Suspicious in seconds, and regulators watch fake scans, cloned codes and recalls live, region by region.
