How do I get my files after paying?
Right after payment you land on a download page, and we email the same links to you. Every purchase also stays in My purchases, where you can download it again at any time.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout only asks for your email. If you want to see all your purchases in one place later, tick “Save to an account” and we’ll email you a sign-in link. There are no passwords.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In India: UPI, debit and credit cards and netbanking through Razorpay, with prices in rupees including GST. Everywhere else: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, or PayPal, with prices in US dollars.
Do you have coupons or discounts?
Yes. Enter a coupon code in the order summary at checkout. Launch and seasonal codes are shared with newsletter subscribers first.
Why is the price different in rupees and dollars?
Rupee prices include 18% GST and are set for the Indian market. The store picks a currency based on where you are, and you can switch at the top of any store page.
Downloads & account
Why do free items ask for my email?
We send a verify link to make sure the address is real, then the download unlocks. You’ll also get an email when a new version comes out. You can unsubscribe at any time.
I lost my download link. What now?
Sign in with the email you used to buy and every file is in My purchases. If you checked out as a guest, use “Find an order” on the sign-in page with your order ID.
How long do download links last?
Links in emails work for 24 hours. Links in My purchases are created fresh each time you click, so they never run out.
